We Use Mindfulness to Change the World.
Pressure. Stress. Commitments. Our world is moving fast, and we’re under pressure, coping with stress, and overloaded with commitments. We’re living with personal discord which is impacting our mental and physical well-being.
Life has a way of hijacking us, and that’s where my personal journey of mindfulness began. Amid a medical diagnosis of ovarian cancer the consistent exercise of mindfulness transformed a dire diagnosis to an outcome of wellness, gratitude and purpose.
When Did Mindful Momentum Begin?
Robin began her journey of mindfulness while attending graduate school. She quickly became intrigued, inspired and empowered by a unique mindfulness curriculum that incorporated simple meditation, positive psychology and neuroscience.
Shortly after that, in 2012, Robin’s world was turned upside down after a diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Through the use of mindfulness and prayer, a miracle saved her life. This life changing experience was the catalyst to create Mindful Momentum. Her mission is to share the message of mindfulness, along with her story of hope, with the world by helping people learn how to find joy in each precious moment.
We started with a core vision to foster peace, resilience, and sustainable happiness … and along the way, we’ve enriched countless individuals and organizations with our unique curriculum, unleashing individual productivity, motivation, and happiness.

“‘Just This’ has changed my life. I have severe social anxiety and having a safe place to go to has helped me tremendously. That and being cognizant of why I’m thinking about certain things or why I’m reacting a certain way.”
